• Do I need a SIM card for the OB22 tracker?

  No. OB22 ships with everything needed — there is no separate SIM card to manage. The first month of platform access is free; from month two it costs 45 RON / month or 450 RON / year.

• Will OB22 work outside Romania?

  OB22 is currently configured for use within Romania. For international travel or fleets covering multiple countries, contact us — we configure WT2 or VL-series for cross-border roaming.

• How long does WT2 installation take?

  A professional installer typically wires WT2 in 30–45 minutes. The unit connects to permanent +12V, ground, and ignition.

• Can drivers see they are being tracked?

  OB22 is plugged into the OBD port and is visible. WT2 is hidden in the wiring harness and is not visible without disassembly. Both should be disclosed per your local labor regulations.

• What is the warranty?

  24 months legal warranty for retail customers per Romanian law. Extended warranties available for fleet contracts.

• Can I export data?

  Yes. The TRACKVERSE Fleet platform exports CSV and PDF reports. API access is available on request for ERP/WMS integration.
